The Company is engaged in Food & Beverage (“F&B”) industry since establishment until present, with the current F&B market conditions which are currently on an uptrend, especially the high demand among young people, the Company has a lot of necessity to grow and one way is by conducting an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to move the Company forward.
